Parker Chang adf8c4cebd KAFKA-21134 Fix all hardcoded version links included images (#23671 )

Replace hardcoded /43/ documentation links and image paths with
`/{version}/` paths, so the same documentation works across releases.

For image path, I opened https://github.com/apache/kafka-site/pull/922
in kafka-site for supported the generalized version path.
