Add Docker sanity test flows for the consumer group protocol (KIP-848)
and share groups (KIP-932). The share group flow sets
share.auto.offset.reset=earliest before producing, since the default is
latest.

Also fix broker_metrics_flow, which asserted metrics_before_message
twice instead of metrics_after_message.
