Doyeon Kim 0290810b87 KAFKA-21294 Add missing OAuth login configs to production SASL examples (#23840) ...

The production OAUTHBEARER examples don't work as written. Add the
missing login callback handler to the broker and client examples, and
the org.apache.kafka.sasl.oauthbearer.allowed.urls system property,
which has defaulted to empty since 4.0.

Also add an integration test that runs the documented broker config with
a replicated topic.
