* Carry AlmaLinux fix dates onto replaced RHEL matches

- `replaceWithAlmaLinuxFixInfo` now sets `Fix.Available` from the AlmaLinux record, filtered to the replacement fix version
- RHEL's `Available` entries are dropped with the rest of its fix

* Re-extract the alma8 AlmaLinux records from the patched alma provider

- records now carry `database_specific.anchore.fixes`

* Test fix dates on AlmaLinux-replaced matches

- adds `HasFixAvailable` and `HasNoFixAvailable` dbtest assertions
- `alma8-nodates` holds the pre-change ALSA-2021:4537 record next to the RHEL record
