Introduce @gpuix/solid for stable Solid 1 with a small universal host tree, shared native mutation and event infrastructure, native-backed testing and automation, motion, AnimatePresence, Select, Combobox, and Tooltip. Compile reactive JSX through an OpenTUI-style Bun preload and exported Bun.build plugin, with no Vite or wrapper CLI. Add direct workspace, real native renderer, imported TSX, and installed-tarball end-to-end coverage. Automatically flush signal mutations outside event boundaries while keeping failed native batches available for retry.
