Event maps stay per root. Ids now live on the NativeRenderer
for the life of that renderer.

bun --hot remount creates a new Container on the same
GpuixRenderer. If ids started at 1 again, a late native event
from the old tree could hit the new handler with the same id.

Two createTestRoot() trees still both start at 1. Each one
owns a TestRenderer.
