Back out the website files that belong to another session

My previous commit used `git add -A` and swept in `website/docs.json`
and `website/src/changelog/intro.mdx`, which another session wrote
while I was working. They are not part of the CI change.

This restores both to their state before that commit and leaves the
work on disk, untouched: docs.json is a modified working tree file
again and intro.mdx is untracked again, so whoever wrote them can
commit them with their own message.

title: GPUIX changelog
sidebarTitle: Changelog
description: Every released version of @gpuix/react and @gpuix/native, generated from the GitHub releases.
---
Every entry below is a **GitHub release** of `@gpuix/react` and `@gpuix/native`.
Both packages are published together by CI, so a version number always names the
same commit on both sides of the bridge.
Each release also carries a **prebuilt example app** (`example-chat-<target>`)
for macOS, Linux, and Windows. Download it from the release page to see the chat
example run on the GPU without installing Rust.
