Pranit cbace8c403 Find TLC and Java the same way in the session trace checkers ...

check_conversion.py and check_saved_logs.py read only JAVA and TLA_JAR
and otherwise assumed Homebrew's OpenJDK, so they ignored the
TLA2TOOLS_JAR, JAVA_HOME, and PATH lookup the other checkers use.
validate.sh kept its own copy of that lookup.

- Add lib/tlc.py, whose toolchain() asks tlc_find in lib/tlc.sh, and
  use it in both Python checkers.
- Source lib/tlc.sh in validate.sh.
