Pranit 61112d58a5 Say MCP servers are unavailable in the WebAssembly terminal ...

The WebAssembly host has no threads, and the MCP host runs its servers
on a thread of its own, so /mcp stopped fx with ThreadsUnsupported.
/mcp now checks the host's MCP capability first and says the embedding
app provides MCP tools, as /skills does for skills.
