Pranit 614a776257 Merge fazxes/update-mcp-tla-models into fazxes/remove-mcp-v1 ...

main's #1328 removed v1 sessions. The ACP session/new path takes main's single v2 route without the old MCP runtime field, and the MCP replay test keeps its HTTP server without the per-backend loop. The v1 MCP files main edited stay deleted, along with main's request watch types that only they used, and a test of the v1 MCP runtime. A new startup test no longer expects the v1 MCP discovery step.
