Pranit 1e813461b3 Split the libfx engine from the WebAssembly host ...

- `libfx/wasm` keeps the same exports and behavior. The engine both
  backends share, the WebAssembly host, the WebAssembly terminal, and the
  xterm.js adapter now live in separate modules (`engine.js`,
  `wasm-runtime.js`, `wasm-terminal.js`, `xterm.js`), and `engine.js`
  imports no WebAssembly code.
- The npm package carries those four modules, so it has 49 files
  instead of 45.
- The packaged terminal demo includes every module its page imports. It
  used to leave out six of them, so the page failed to load.
