* chore: bump chromium in DEPS to 156.0.8078.0

* chore: update patches

* 8383239: Introduce a new FindInPage domain (with commands) in DevTools

Upstream moved find request id allocation into FindRequestManager and
now delivers the id through a synchronous callback on WebContents::Find.
Capture that id in FindInPage instead of maintaining Electron's own
counter, so the value returned from findInPage matches the requestId
reported by found-in-page.
