Claude c0fbdc4930 chore!: remove deprecated console-message event arguments ...

The positional `level`, `message`, `line` and `sourceId` arguments of the
`console-message` event on `WebContents` were deprecated in Electron 35
(#43617). Emit only the event object, which carries the same details.

The `<webview>` `console-message` event keeps its documented shape: its
properties are now built from the event object, mapping `level` back to
an integer and `lineNumber` to `line`.
