`PathItem` only carried file metadata, so the web UI applied the current directory's permissions to every row. Read-only children of a writable directory, and writable directories that contain read-only descendants, still showed edit/move/delete actions that the server rejected.

Resolve each listed entry against the guarded permission subtree and add `allow_upload`, `allow_delete`, and `readonly_descendant` to `PathItem`. The UI now disables unavailable actions with an explanatory tooltip while keeping globally disabled operations hidden. Edit-file pages use the same per-file permissions instead of only the global flags.
