Add the Navicat MySQL HTTP transport for CGI/FastCGI hosts, including protocol selection, response translation, and prepared-query fallback. Keep the proprietary PHP script outside the repository and document authorized setup.
Reject transaction control and autocommit changes before sending HTTP requests, preserve plain HTTP URLs in both tunnel editors, and redact credentials from tunnel startup logs. Detect unsupported DBX PHP worker runtimes before opening a tunnel.
Validation: driver-support tests and Clippy, connection UI tests, frontend type checking and formatting, protocol-level transaction rejection and URL regression checks, and PR CI.
