Add a settings-subsection component and merge small cards on the
advanced settings, application advanced, healthcheck, Docker cleanup,
and GitLab/Gitea source pages. Update outdated tests.

- Delete Blade components, component classes, Livewire components and
views that nothing uses after the redesign.
- Delete tests that only compare Blade/CSS source text; keep the source
checks for authorization gates, stable wire:key values and escaping.
- Update stale tests to the current UI and behaviour.
- Update DESIGN.md to the current navigation and layout.
- Add a lesson: test behaviour, not source markup.

Load the compose file only after the user confirms its location, initialize the default compose path when switching build packs, and retain existing application domains.
Add a shared resource-heading-tabs scroller with overflow chevrons,
wire it into resource/server navbars, keep links menus outside overflow,
and default new git apps to Railpack instead of Nixpacks.
Store deployment configuration snapshots on application deployment queues and compare them against the current application state. Surface grouped pending changes in the configuration checker and use build-impact diffs to decide when an existing image can skip the build step.
- Implement railpack.json + generated config deep merging logic in
ApplicationDeploymentJob with JSON validation and assoc array checks
- Label Railpack as "Beta" in all build pack selectors and show a
visible beta badge when railpack is selected in new-app forms
- Add railpack-nodejs Fastify example to ApplicationSeeder
- Add ApplicationSeederTest and ApplicationDeploymentRailpackConfigTest
covering config merge behavior and seeder correctness
Change default build_pack from railpack back to nixpacks in all new
application flows (GithubPrivateRepository, GithubPrivateRepositoryDeployKey,
PublicGitRepository) and reorder the build pack dropdown so Nixpacks
appears before Railpack across all relevant views.
Add feature tests covering the nixpacks default and selector ordering.
