The log endpoints found containers with `docker ps -a`, then rejected
every container that was not running. Remove that check, so failed
deployments can be diagnosed through the API. Without service_name,
the application endpoint prefers a running container. The old error
stays when no container exists.

Provider errors now return 502 with a safe message, the provider status, and
the provider error code instead of a bare 500. Hetzner no longer sends a create
request again after a 5xx, and a VPS that Coolify did not save is deleted.
Add a "Use path-style URLs" setting to S3 storages. It is detected from
the endpoint (Alibaba OSS, Tencent COS, Volcengine/BytePlus TOS), and the
connection test switches to virtual-hosted style when the provider
rejects path-style requests. Backups pass `--path off` to mc.
Closes#10347
Add a Database schema and use it for GET /databases and
GET /databases/{uuid}, type the GET /resources items, and stop
requiring both environment_name and environment_uuid on create
endpoints. KeyDB now returns database_type like the other engines.

Traefik and Caddy routes of applications now retry a failed connection
on another container, and the rolling update waits a configurable drain
time (default 5 seconds) after the new container is healthy before it
stops the old containers. The wait is skipped when no old container runs
or when the proxy labels changed, because the proxy drops a route that
two containers define differently.
Fixes#8627
A normal delete now removes a resource from Coolify also when its server
is not reachable, so the separate option only left untracked containers
running. The danger zone button is gone, and the services API rejects
delete_from_coolify_only with 422 instead of ignoring it, so old clients
do not delete Docker resources they asked to keep.

- Applications: is_container_label_readonly_enabled (turning it back on
regenerates labels), include_coolify_default_variables, and
dockerfile_target_build on create.
- Databases: save is_log_drain_enabled on update instead of dropping it,
include_coolify_default_variables, and disable_local_backup on backups
(only with save_s3).
- Services: include_coolify_default_variables, and redirect on service
applications (www/non-www needs both hosts).
- Servers: wildcard_domain, server_timezone,
backup_compression_cpu_percentage, and the proxy error page.
Closes#11092
Rollback now also lists the commit images of the last 10 successful
deployments when the application pushes to a Docker registry. The
deployment pulls such an image when the server no longer has it.
The page and the API share GetRollbackImages, and the API returns a
source field (local or registry).
Resolve conflicts between main's security fixes and v4.5 features:
- Keep v4.5 features (log redaction, multi-S3 backups, transfer flow,
scheduled task modal, sidebar) and port main's fixes into them.
- Reuse RequiresDeployAbility for the Hostinger create endpoint.
- Align MCP tool abilities and descriptions with main's new deploy
requirements, and use deploy tokens in the affected MCP tests.
- Drop the duplicate DockerCleanupJobTest helper and tests, and the
exportBundle test for a method v4.5 removed.

Require deploy permission for API changes that trigger server side effects, including resource deletion, storage access, provider operations, and database imports. Also escape Docker cleanup filters and sanitize log drain server names.
Require deploy permission when setting a post-install script or extra SSH keys, document the 403 response, and cover both denial and allowed deployment cases.
Applications and service applications can now use the server resolver,
no resolver ("none"), or a custom resolver name. This allows servers
that mix Let's Encrypt domains with domains that use their own
certificates, such as Cloudflare Origin CA. The setting is available in
the UI and the API.
Closes#12138
Coolify always added tls.certresolver=letsencrypt to generated HTTPS
routers, so Traefik logged errors when the proxy used its own
certificates (for example Cloudflare Origin CA) without that resolver.
Add a server setting (default letsencrypt) in the proxy page and API.
An empty value omits the resolver from resource labels, the Coolify
dashboard routes, and the catch-all router.
Closes#12138
Allow full, anonymized, or disabled IP recording per server through the UI
and API, and pass the selected mode to Sentinel. Adapt traffic breakdowns
to the effective IP mode, including views that aggregate multiple servers.
Since 50268139b the API returned 422 for custom_internal_name without
is_consistent_container_name_enabled. v4.3.23 accepted it, so clients
such as `coolify app update --custom-internal-name` broke.
- A custom_internal_name sent without the flag turns the flag on, the
same rule as the migration for existing applications
- Keep the 422 only when the request sends the flag as false
A pull request id above 2147483647 caused a database error and a 500.
- Previews store: validate max 2147483647 (422)
- /deploy: return 400 for pr or pull_request_id out of range
- Preview show, logs, update, and delete: return 422 for ids out of range
- Document the maximum in the OpenAPI spec
Container names use custom_internal_name only when consistent container
naming is on. The API accepted the name and then ignored it.
- Return 422 with a message that says to set
is_consistent_container_name_enabled to true
- Accept the name when the request or the application turns the setting on
- Document the requirement in the OpenAPI spec
- Hide proxy configuration contents from users without update permission.
- Select and validate backup S3 storage against the resource's team.
- Keep scheduled branch syncs green while a conflict PR remains open.
- Document external mount permissions and Sentinel traffic limits.
- Add regression coverage for authorization and backup storage selection.
- GET /applications/{uuid}/previews and GET /applications/{uuid}/previews/{pull_request_id}
return preview deployments (read ability).
- POST /applications/{uuid}/previews opens a preview for a pull request and queues its
deployment, or redeploys an existing preview (deploy ability). It accepts git_type,
commit (required for Bitbucket), docker_tag (Docker Image apps), force, and
instant_deploy. GitHub App and GitLab App sources set git_type automatically.
- Fix POST /deploy with pull_request_id: pass the preview git_type to the deployment, so
deploy-key and public-repository applications build the pull request instead of the
base branch.
- Regenerate the OpenAPI spec (also adds the missing service_name logs parameter).
A stop or delete no longer queues a full cleanup each time. It skips the
cleanup when one finished on the server in the last hour, and the queued
run only cleans when disk usage is at or above the server cleanup
threshold. The docker_cleanup API flag keeps its default of true.
The missed daily backups on Coolify Cloud came from Redis evicting queue keys
(allkeys-lfu on a full instance), not from the scan of all schedules. The
next_run_at design (452259aac, 5c5740533) did not prevent that, and it added
stored state that must be kept in sync on every frequency, timezone, and server
change. It was not released, so remove it:
- revert next_run_at, its model hooks, the "Next run" UI, and the diagnostics
changes; restore scheduled_job_states and the queue overlap lock
- a new migration removes the next_run_at columns and creates
scheduled_job_states again where the removed migration already ran
Keep the changes that fix real problems:
- run the manager every minute from the scheduler with `scheduled:dispatch`,
so a busy queue cannot delay it past the catch-up window
- load the server chain of scheduled backups with each chunk, which removes
about 7,000 queries per run on Coolify Cloud
- catch Throwable for each schedule, so one broken schedule does not stop the
others
- publish database and volume backups again when their queued job was not
started after 60 minutes (for example, lost in Redis); log lost tasks and
Docker cleanups as missed. A lost backup is not run again when a newer
occurrence of the same schedule exists.
