egorikas 1958580774 Expose additional cgroup v2 memory.stat metrics

Surface six memory.stat fields that are already collected by the cgroups
library but were not exposed by cAdvisor:

  - file_dirty / file_writeback (bytes)
  - pgscan / pgsteal (page reclaim activity)
  - workingset_refault_file / workingset_refault_anon

The values are read from the existing MemoryStats.Stats map in
setMemoryStats (cgroup v2 only; left at zero on cgroup v1) and exposed
through the v1 info API and new Prometheus counters/gauges under the
existing "memory" metric set:

  - container_memory_file_dirty_bytes
  - container_memory_file_writeback_bytes
  - container_memory_pgscan_total
  - container_memory_pgsteal_total
  - container_memory_workingset_refault_file_total
  - container_memory_workingset_refault_anon_total
