- `react-jsx/no-useless-fragment`: the auto-fixer no longer unwraps
fragments outside JSX whose children are all whitespace (ex: `const x =

previous fix produced syntactically invalid JavaScript such as `const x
= ;`. These fragments are still reported, just without a fix.
