The `docs` prettier configuration disagreed with the tree in four ways including `endOfLine: crlf` against files which are entirely `lf`, so it is corrected and the generators are brought into agreement rather than excluded from checking by expanding JSON arrays, indenting with two spaces and emitting the trailing newline `insert_final_newline` requires, leaving `.prettierignore` covering only what genuinely cannot be formatted such as the `cobra` generated CLI reference. Formatting the remaining documentation accounts for most of the diff and was verified against the rendered site, where 828 of 831 pages are byte identical and the three which differ do so only through trailing whitespace inside code blocks which `trim_trailing_whitespace` already prohibits.
