A before-agent callback that returns content yields its event straight from
the base agent, so llmAgent.run never sees it and state[output_key] was not
updated. The base agent now lets an agent type observe that event through an
internal hook, and llmagent installs maybeSaveOutputToState on it. The state
delta lands on the callback's own event. Matches adk-python 0e263f1b5.
