Ryan C. Gordon dac33b4369 audio: SDL_AUDIO_FRAMESIZE "returns" an unsigned int. 
Otherwise, this macro would always trigger a `-Wsign-conversion` warning,
since it multiplies an unsigned int by a signed int.

Fixes #16539.
