* Drop gc_traversal from CodSpeed benches

Remove benches/benchmarks/gc_traversal.py so CodSpeed no longer
includes that execution benchmark.

Change `&PyCode`, `&PyInt`, `&PyTuple`, `&PySlice`, `&PyStr`,
`&PyFunction`, `&PyList` and `&PyDict` in function parameters, closure
types and local type annotations to `&Py<T>` where every caller already
holds a `Py<T>`.
