Finalize supported constants and five assembly field owners through one private compilation pool. Preserve typed and signed-zero keys, explicit NaN/code/slice exclusions, and frozen/reader/constructor boundaries. Keep real owners and existing marshal policy.

Focused checks and bounded behavior pass. Expanded strict corpus retains three pre-existing frozenset-order mismatches; full marshal/public format parity and integration gates remain unresolved.
