Jeong, YunWon 3a8a196996 ssl: share rustls engine in host_env and fire msg callbacks (#8665 )

* ssl: fire msg callbacks and compute tls-unique

Observe TLS records to invoke _msg_callback, and derive TLS 1.2
tls-unique from the KeyLog master secret plus rustls PRF.
Restore CHANNEL_BINDING_TYPES and drop the remaining test_ssl
RUSTPYTHON skips.

* lzma: build the xz-core engine on wasm32

Expose `_lzma` on wasm32 and Android by compiling the xz-core
engine on those targets instead of gating it out.

Extract the VM-independent rustls helpers (MemoryBio, certificate
decode, cipher strings, OID table, chain builder, providers, and
TLS record observation) so stdlib _ssl wraps a shared engine.

Standard Library for RustPython

This directory contains all of the Python files that make up the standard library for RustPython.

Most of these files are copied over from the CPython repository (the 3.7 branch), with slight modifications to allow them to work under RustPython. The current goal is to complete the standard library with as few modifications as possible. Current modifications are just temporary workarounds for bugs/missing feature within the RustPython implementation.

The first big module we are targeting is unittest, so we can leverage the CPython test suite.
