Sync with scripts/update_lib migrate from CPython d220409a13b77de7a6c30abe16ea90db01528edc, preserving existing RustPython markers.

* Limit SEND completion tracing to generators and coroutines

Match CPython INSTRUMENTED_END_SEND receiver semantics: other awaitables returning values must not synthesize caller StopIteration trace events. Preserve actual exceptions, builtin generator/coroutine completion and trampoline paths.
