youknowdot 1cd8f44f1a Sync remaining call, buffer and annotation tests for Python 3.15 (#9433) 
Run update_lib against final CPython 3.15.0 for four disjoint test sources. Preserve the existing Proactor sendfile override and capability gates.

Keep BIO writes from filling asyncio's socket transport past its
high-water mark when SO_SNDBUF is small. Drop the Unix skip on
test_sendfile_ssl_pre_and_post_data.
