ECharts reveals line series by growing an SVG clip path from a sliver to
the full plot width. WebKit keeps painting the clipped group as it was on
the first, nearly empty frame, so the points and labels show and the line
does not. Writing the clip shape's attributes again, even with the same
values, makes WebKit repaint the group.
On WebKit the chart element now re-sets the attributes of the shapes
inside its clip paths after every rendered frame. Animations stay on for
every browser; Chromium, Firefox and charts without clip paths are left
untouched. The standalone player keeps rendering charts without animation.
