* feat(chat): mature learner handoff flow * refactor(roundtable): embed learner handoff in dialogue * fix(chat): preserve learner handoffs across server restore * style(roundtable): clarify learner quick replies * fix(chat): address durable learner handoff review * fix(chat): preserve long sessions and learner cue presentation * feat(chat): limit cue_user to optional string suggestions * feat(chat): show cue_user suggestions in the learner's reply bubble Move the quick replies out of the separate chip row and into a "suggested reply" bubble in the user-bubble slot: same right alignment, corner and avatar as the real user bubble, but a light dashed outline so it reads as "you could say". Chips wrap (two visible rows, scrolling inside the bubble's existing max height, with a fade when more are below) and truncate long labels with a tooltip. In fullscreen the bubble sits in the right-hand stack above the dock. The centered "Your turn" cue is unchanged on normal-width stages; on very narrow stages it yields its space while suggestions are shown. The roundtable stays 192px. Drop the hard JSON-schema bounds on cue_user (prompt length, option count and option length) and keep them in the parameter descriptions, so an over-limit call is normalized by normalizeCueUserOptions instead of being rejected during argument validation.
