* chore(models): remove retired models from the built-in registry

Check every built-in model catalog against the vendors' current model lists
and retirement notices, and remove the models that are already shut down
(DeepSeek, Qwen, Kimi, SiliconFlow, xAI, Tencent, Xiaomi, Doubao/Seed,
Google image and Veo, and the Ark Agent Plan). Retired defaults are replaced
with the vendor's current recommendation (for example `deepseek-flash`), and
the Ark Agent Plan gains the replacements its migration notice lists.

Models that are deprecated but still served stay in the catalog; the
CHANGELOG lists their shutdown dates, the IDs that vendors still route to a
successor, and the Qwen voice-clone limitation. The supported-models tables
in all six languages are realigned with the catalogs.
