Remove the `document` click handler in `gantt.destroy` to prevent
accumulation of stale handlers on each chart reload. Previously, each
call to `renderChart` added a new global listener that captured a stale
`tipPinned`/`tip` closure, which could call `tip.hide` on an already-
destroyed tip if a tooltip was pinned before the reload.

Also reset the `#status-text` color in `updateStatus` so that a red
error message from a failed `trace.json` load does not persist into the
normal stats display when the example data is rendered.
