Robert SchulzeandClaude Fable 5.1 d4d0c64ab5 Use new canonical names for former allow_experimental_* settings in tests
https://github.com/ClickHouse/ClickHouse/pull/119056 renamed fourteen
settings and kept the old `allow_experimental_*` names as aliases. This
switches all tests under `tests/` to the new canonical names:

- `allow_experimental_url_wildcard_from_index_pages` -> `allow_url_wildcard_from_index_pages`
- `allow_experimental_kafka_offsets_storage_in_keeper` -> `allow_kafka_offsets_storage_in_keeper`
- `allow_experimental_correlated_subqueries` -> `allow_correlated_subqueries`
- `allow_experimental_geo_types_in_iceberg` -> `allow_geo_types_in_iceberg`
- `allow_experimental_delta_lake_writes` -> `allow_delta_lake_writes`
- `allow_experimental_database_iceberg` -> `allow_database_iceberg`
- `allow_experimental_database_unity_catalog` -> `allow_database_unity_catalog`
- `allow_experimental_database_glue_catalog` -> `allow_database_glue_catalog`
- `allow_experimental_nullable_tuple_type` -> `enable_nullable_tuple_type`
- `allow_experimental_materialized_postgresql_table` -> `enable_materialized_postgresql_table`
- `allow_experimental_funnel_functions` -> `enable_funnel_functions`
- `allow_experimental_unique_key` -> `enable_unique_key`
- `allow_experimental_join_right_table_sorting` -> `allow_join_right_table_sorting`
- `allow_experimental_json_lazy_type_hints` -> `enable_json_lazy_type_hints`

Test `04356_nullable_tuple_type_setting` deliberately exercises the alias,
so it keeps `allow_experimental_nullable_tuple_type` but with the roles of
canonical name and alias swapped. The frozen baseline of
`03999_stateless_settings_history` is left untouched: that test ignores
aliases and its snapshot must never receive new names.
