Every `Counters` array has one cell per event, so unused events cost memory and time on every query.
Removes `DistributedIndexAnalysisParts`, `ParallelReplicasDeniedRequests`, `WasmMemoryAllocated`, `S3QueueSetFileProcessingMicroseconds`, `S3QueueSetFileProcessedMicroseconds`, `S3QueueSetFileFailedMicroseconds`, `FileSegmentRemoveMicroseconds` and `ExternalDataSourceLocalCacheReadBytes`.
