Alexey MilovidovandClaude Opus 5.5 2009ea04f5 Address review: equality substitution in LATERAL JOIN may, not must, avoid reading the left rows 
An aggregate without `GROUP BY` (such as `count`) still builds the correlated
domain to restore empty groups, so the in-memory buffer and the hash-join
restriction still apply.

Alexey MilovidovandClaude Opus 5.5 db89174147 Address review: the hash-join restriction of LATERAL JOIN applies only when a buffer is actually used 
With the default `correlated_subqueries_substitute_equivalent_expressions = 1`, a simple
equality correlation is substituted and no in-memory buffer is created, so `join_algorithm`
applies. Say so in the docs, and qualify the `max_rows_in_join` note the same way.

Groene AIandClaude Opus 5.5 95ff854cba Keep use_query_condition_cache_for_time_conditions experimental and disabled on master 
#127632 marked `use_query_condition_cache_for_time_conditions` and
`query_condition_cache_time_condition_grid_factor` experimental on the 26.10
branch and disabled the first one by default. Do the same on master, so that
26.11 does not ship the derivation enabled while 26.10 has it experimental and
off. Both declarations and their 26.10 records are now identical to
v26.10.2.103-stable.

The new 26.11 record keeps the value (false -> false): rule A of the settings
history check requires one because the default changes against master, and a
previous value of `true` would make `compatibility = '26.10'` enable a setting
that 26.10 ships disabled. Same shape as the 26.11 records of the external `IN`
settings that were backported to 26.10.

Alexey MilovidovandClaude Opus 5.5 43c88123ca Address review: qualify the hash join and the LimitBy step in LATERAL JOIN docs 
The join of the decorrelated lateral subquery is restricted to hash join only when
the left rows are shared through the in-memory buffer (the default); otherwise
`join_algorithm` decides. The `LimitBy` step only appears when the subquery has `LIMIT`.

Alexey MilovidovandClaude Opus 5.5 8c5adc437f Choose the codec of an inserted part by the size of the inserted block 
The size-aware default codec (`LZ4` below 100 MB, `ZSTD(3)` above) was evaluated
with size `0` for every inserted part, so all inserted data was written with `LZ4`
and then rewritten with `ZSTD(3)` by merges. Use the uncompressed size of the
inserted block instead: small inserts still use `LZ4`, and large ones get `ZSTD(3)`
right away.
